About me

Hey there, welcome to my webpage. I'm Falk Schönfeld, a tinkerer based in Munich.

I love meddling with all things to figure out how they work and repair them when they break.

This led me to study Electrical Engineering at Technical University Munich and has since landed me jobs in Embedded Engineering and Full Stack Development, in robotics, satellite communications, optical sensorics and industrial computing.

I also love to create stuff or mod things to improve them. So far, this has gotten me into mechanics, woodworking, circuit design, leatherworking, programming, sewing, drawing and cooking.

I also love cycling, dancing, diving, sailing, music, reading, and learning languages.

This is what I hope to share here: a bit of insight into the projects these interests get me into. Hopefully they entertain you. Some might even inspire you. And I make more than enough mistakes to learn from. Of course, that goes both ways:

The best way to get the right answer on the internet is not to ask a question; it's to post the wrong answer. (Cunningham's Law)

I'd love to hear what you think, especially if it is a suggestion for improvement.
